In a Flat-dominated column this week, this mare is the only one to make it from a jumps race and she showed definite promise in a bumper which has every chance of working out well.

This was her rules debut after she failed to complete in two point-to-points. Held up at the back of the field, she began to make some headway to be on the heels of the leading group on the descent to the straight, and although she could make little impression in the last furlong, she kept going well and was not beaten far in a race won by a mare with a bit of quality.
