Graeme Rodway's Saturday banker at Chepstow
Tea Clipper
2.17 Chepstow
Runs all his best races when fresh and showed that when bolting up on his seasonal reappearance in a Listed novice chase at this fixture a year ago.
Tea Clipper disappointed on his next two starts, but was again rejuvenated by a break when finishing fourth of 24 in the Ultima at the Cheltenham Festival on his return from 79 days off.
He was well held at Aintree last time, but a line can be put through that as he wasn't coming off a break and better can be expected as he returns after 182 days away.
He is 3lb lower than for his good fourth at Cheltenham and a reproduction of that run would probably be good enough.
