Global Giant could reward buyers with easy victory in match against the field

Global Giant is not always at his best, but when he wins he usually does it in style and that was certainly the case when he ran away with the Magnolia Stakes at Kempton by six lengths.

That was a career-best effort from Global Giant and he achieved an RPR of 118. That would be good enough to win most Group 2s, so he has a huge chance in what is a weak-looking Group 3 here.

He switches to turf following that all-weather victory, but seems equally effective on the surface judging by his easy win in the Steventon Stakes at Newbury in July last year.

Global Giant has upwards of 3lb in hand of his rivals on RPRs but appears to be improving and that does not seem to be true of his opposition, and it will be disappointing if he can't cash in.

Selling the field at 0 means Global Giant will only have to win for us to collect and, given his tendency to score by a wide margin, he could easily end up rewarding buyers handsomely.
