Good first start over hurdles when beating the penalised Navajo Pass at Newcastle, but subsequently below that form when a distant sixth in the Grade 1 Finale at Chepstow (sent off only 11-2). Should be better than that and was classier than most of these on the Flat, the exception being hurdles debutant Dark Lochnager.

Conclusion I'd take a chance on Dark Lochnager, who was 10lb better on the Flat and gets 6lb.
