You will need webbed feet to get around Sligo safely this afternoon and Garrai Phaidin has already proved himself on a heavy surface so might be worth following in the concluding 3m handicap chase (5.15).

Small fields are the order of the day at Sligo with just 42 runners over the seven races and just five line up in the finale.

Garrai Phaidin is only a seven-year-old with nine chases under his belt so the chances are that we have not seen the best of him yet, something that can not be said for his four opponents.
