Every time a jumps race fan has looked up this year, a Gigginstown House Stud owned horse has been winning a top class staying chase. Don Cossack's Gold Cup win was quickly followed by Rogue Angel's win in the Irish National and then the memorable success of Rule The World in the National at Aintree. Then only six weeks ago Michael O'Leary won the Galway Plate with Lord Scoundrel.

The two National winners were trained by Mouse Morris and he might have completed an incredible hat-trick if Folsom Blue hadn't gone to ground when cantering in the Scottish National. Folsom Blue gets his chance at redemption in the Guinness Kerry National at Listowel (4.10) this afternoon and under conditions that will suit him perfectly, he is well worth backing.

Morris saddled the first and third in the race last year and Folsom Blue is undoubtedly handicapped to go close as he can race off a lower mark than when fourth in the Irish National and when running so well at Ayr.
