Despite her finishing position being nearer last than first, Peaceful put up an extremely eyecatching performance.
In quite a deep maiden this daughter of Galileo and Group-class filly Missvinski was the stable second string under Seamie Heffernan. Held up early and showing plenty of greenness, she was nearer last than first turning in. But she ran on really nicely to be beaten three and three-quarter lengths, showing enough to suggest she should have little difficulty winning a maiden.
