Expect further improvement from Henderson's Taunton winner Comely

Bollin Line
Fourth, 2m½f handicap chase, Sedgefield, Tuesday, November 28
Reverting to fences after completing a hat-trick over hurdles, Bollin Line wasn’t suited by being held up off a slow gallop.

Lucinda Egerton’s ten-year-old was ridden with plenty of confidence but was short of room in a sprint finish, though he still put in good late work. Expect him to take advantage of his lower chase mark at some point, perhaps at Leicester or Wincanton this week.

Dorella
Fourth, 1m½f fillies’ novice stakes, Wolverhampton, Wednesday,
November 29
This was a hugely pleasing debut from Dorella. Eve Johnson Houghton’s 48,000gns half-sister to nine winners was easy to back and off the bridle before the home turn, but she plugged on gamely on the inner despite not gaining a clear run in the final furlong.
She showed a good attitude and connections will be hoping she can emulate her siblings. There was enough promise here to suggest she can win over similar trips.

Flight To Milan
Sixth, 2m3½f novice hurdle, Hereford, November 29
Flight To Milan was another to make a promising debut last week.
The Milan gelding, who cost €40,000 as a three-year-old, is a full-brother to useful hurdle and chase winner Barrakilla and a half-brother to classy China Rock, River Pirate and Bengali.
