We have not seen many sons or daughters of top-class Australian sprinter Brazen Beau in Ireland, but this gelding ran a race of some promise in a tongue-tie at Naas and should do much better in time.

Not much went right for him in this contest. He was slowly away and could never really get into a position, and when it looked as though he might move into contention he received a hefty bump and any momentum was lost.

There is plenty of speed in his pedigree, he is a half-brother to smart sprinter The Cheka for one, but he looks like he will get seven furlongs and this experience should do him the world of good.
