Dermot Weld can continue a fine spell of form by taking today's Gowran Park Group 3 race for fillies with Discipline.

Weld has been in flying form during the second half of the Listowel festival, saddling six winners from ten runners since Wednesday, and Discipline looks set to add to the stable's list of Pattern-winning fillies following important victories for Zhukova and Shamreen during Irish Champions Weekend.

A sister to the splendid Famous Name, who won 20 stakes races during a 38-race career, Discipline has been handled patiently by Weld. She made a winning introduction in a 7f maiden at today's venue on heavy ground in April and returned to the County Kilkenny track later that month, emerging with great credit in finishing a head second to the very experienced BoccaBacciata.
