Harry Angel had his wings clipped by Blue Point at Ascot this month but can gain compensation in Saturday’s Armstrong Aggregates Sandy Lane Stakes (3.30) at Haydock.

Clive Cox’s speedster flew home to justify favouritism and break his duck in the Mill Reef Stakes at Newbury in September on just his second outing.
