The Weatherbys Super Sprint at Newbury (4.10) looks bottom heavy, with the fillies at the foot of the weights looking set to dominate.

The obvious one is Queen Mary third Clem Fandango, who has proved a bargain buy for connections. She bumped into two exceptional fillies at Ascot and I can’t see the faster ground being an issue for her. However, we think we know how good she is, and there are a couple of less-exposed fillies who might improve past her. Heading that list is Spiritual Lady for Charlie McBride.

The clock watchers were drooling over her performance at Newmarket on her debut and the way she travelled and went to the front on the bridle strongly suggested the drop to 5f wouldn’t pose her any problems.
