There is little doubt that Too Darn Hot was a champion two-year-old. When he won the Dewhurst, he had the Commonwealth Cup winner, the Derby winner and Sangarius trailing in his wake.

However, nothing has gone right for him since and John Gosden is dropping him another furlong in trip to contest the Group 1 Qatar Prix Jean Prat at Deauville (2.52).
