Challow market leaders must be opposed

We have yet to see a standout novice hurdler this season, but perhaps that will change after the Betfred Challow Hurdle (1.50) at Newbury.

Gordon Elliott sends the unbeaten Baltazar D'Allier from Ireland and his gelding looked full of promise when winning on his hurdles debut at Naas last month.

The form is only okay, but he couldn't have won any easier and it will be interesting to see how the Irish novices stack up against the British.
