Bolster your Cheltenham funds with this Leinster National trifecta
There are quite a few runners near the head of the market who don't make a great deal of appeal in the big betting race of the day, the MansionBet "GetItReady" For Cheltenham Leinster National Handicap Chase at Naas (3.15).
Consequently it could be worth trying to bolster the Cheltenham war chest by combining four horses in a Trifecta, including a couple at big prices.
That comes to 24 bets and while Willie Mullins has a good record in this race, his two runners look worth opposing. Chef Des Obeaux ran a shocker last time for no apparent reason and Bonbon Au Miel has been off the track for over nearly two years.
Cheb De Kerviniou had a hard race last time, while there are doubts over Choungaya's jumping and ability to see out the trip on soft ground, so they are off the list too.
I much prefer a few of JP McManus's runners, most notably course winners Castle Oliver and Mon Lino. Don't rule out an improved effort from the bottom weight Red Jack either, and Gigginstown's former Irish National winner General Principle, who shaped much better last time as well.
