Bizet lets down short-priced backers behind Tojosimbre

>>Bizet was matched for more than £1,000 at 1.03 in running on Betfair when looking to have the 1m4f selling handicap at Brighton at his mercy, but the 20-1 chance couldn’t hold the strong late surge of Tojosimbre.

The 8-1 winner got up on the line after trading at a high of 70.

>>The 1m2f handicap turned into a sustained battle between Overhaugh Street and Nouvelle Ere, but it was Overhaugh Street who stayed on best to deny those who forced Nouvelle Ere to 1.21.
