Bath Placepot picks: Tom Segal with four bankers on the Sunday card

The trickiest leg of the Bath Placepot might well be the opening race (1.00) because the likely favourite Monsieur Fantaisie has no form on turf and none of the others have obvious credentials.

Having said that, Glamorous Force does have a win to his name at this track and ran well enough last time. He goes in along with Vincenzo Coccotti, who is getting a bit long in the tooth but ran with credit in March and the handicapper has given him a chance.

The Free Tips Daily On attheraces.com Handicap (3.15) also warrants a couple because it is the most competitive race on the card. The topweight Limelighter ran well over hurdles at Fontwell last time and is included, as is Urban Forest, who ran well over this trip here last time.

Regal Envoy (2.05) and Little Hustle (3.50) look like bankers in the two weak maidens after decent efforts already this season, while The Princes Poet will be hard to keep out of the frame in the Sky Sports Racing Sky 415 Handicap (2.40) after his eyecatching effort at Windsor recently.

Macs Dilemma was another slightly unlucky loser at that same Windsor meeting and with Hollie Doyle back on board, he is very much the one to beat in the second division of the Cazoo Handicap (1.30).
