There is a lot of provincial French bumper form in the pedigree of this gelding, but this promising effort suggests he will get better with time and as he steps up in trip.

Pulled up on his sole point-to-point start, he showed a good bit more on his track debut despite finishing a remote third. Never really in the hunt, he maintained modest progress in the last half-mile and came home to reasonable effect.

He should come on a good bit for this and will improve when he jumps a fence.
