He has looked good both times and warrants the penalty Nicky Henderson’s two previous winners, Oscar Whisky and Whisper, defied. Lostintranslation was only placed in those races before his Dipper victory last year.

Deyrann De Carjac just led two out in Champ’s race at Newbury, in which three recent winners were placed 234. He wasn’t completely fluent at that fence or at the last and will enjoy a 5lb pull with the winner. Alan King has won this three times and Yanworth was placed at Newbury.
