Kept good company when with Andrew Balding last year and wound up with victory over subsequent Group 2 winners Mutakayyef and Exosphere in a 1m2f Listed race at Ayr in September. He made a promising debut for Charlie Appleby when third to Time Test in the Brigadier Gerard in May and built on that with an easy victory in a Listed race last time at Newbury. He still appears to be improving after just nine starts.
