One of three runners in the race for Gigginstown, the Henry de Bromhead-trained Epson Du Houx does not look overburdened in a 2m handicap chase in which the weights are headed by his stablemate and course and distance winner Capuccimix.

Epson Du Houx signed off last season with an emphatic maiden hurdle win at Clonmel and returned to the same venue last month to record a similarly convincing victory in a beginners' chase, showing no ill-effects from a last-fence fall in a Wexford contest won by the talented Andy Dufresne.
