Unbeaten Toulifaut sells for blockbuster price at Arc Sale

Toulifaut, an unbeaten, Group 3-winning daughter of Frankel, lived up to her star billing at the Arqana Arc Sale in Chantilly on Saturday night when selling for a blockbuster €1.9 million - a sale record price.

The winner of the Group 3 Prix d'Aumale and favourite for Sunday's Prix Marcel Boussac was purchased by Emmanuel de Seroux of Narvick International on behalf of Japan's Katsumi Yoshida.

De Seroux said: "There's not much to say - she is very good, by Frankel and from an excellent family. She was the one we wanted.
