Le Havre filly with Niarchos pedigree tops second and final day
She is from the family of Light Shift and Main Sequence
The sale topper was consigned by Haras des Granges
The combination of France’s leading sire and a page stocked with Niarchos royalty propelled a Le Havre filly consigned by Haras des Granges to the top spot on day two of the Osarus September Yearling Sale on Thursday.
Standing with Sylvain Vidal of Haras de la Cauviniere, Alban Chevalier du Fau signed at €110,000, only the second six-figure lot in the nine year history of this yearling sale.
Out of the Listed placed mare Talwin, the filly is from the family of Light Shift, Shiva and Main Sequence.
