Buyers can start scanning pages for the next Global Spectrum after the release of the catalogue for the 2019 Tattersalls Guineas Breeze-Up and Horses in Training Sale.

Some 172 breeze-up two-year-olds and 132 horses in training are included at the event between May 2 and 3, with the breezers set to strut their stuff on Newmarket’s Rowley Mile from 9.30am on May 2.

The sale has produced 30 Group or Listed performers since 2016, with its latest flagship graduate being Gay Kelleway’s recent Al Biddah Mile winner and Qipco 2,000 Guineas aspirant Global Spectrum.

Sires with juveniles catalogued include established names such as Acclamation, Camelot, Candy Ride, Kitten’s Joy, Kodiac, Lope De Vega, No Nay Never and Showcasing as well as some notable new names including American Pharoah.

Added incentives for prospective purchasers include 61 of the breeze-up two-year- olds being eligible for the Plus 10 Bonus Scheme, seven eligible for French premiums and two being entered for the £150,000 Tattersalls October Auction Stakes.

Tattersalls chairman Edmond Mahony said: "The quality of Tattersalls Guineas Breeze-Up horses continues to attract buyers from throughout Europe and further afield and exciting Classic prospect Global Spectrum is the latest to fly the flag for the sale.

"We have made a conscious decision to reduce the number of breeze up lots on offer and . The horses in training section of the sale also consistently attracts global interest and this section of the catalogue is larger than ever."
