Vaniteux among 22 additional entries for new December Sale
One-day auction will be held next Friday
Grade 2 novice chase winner features among 22 additional entries for the new Goffs UK December Sale, which will be held next Friday.
Trained in the earlier part of his career by Nicky Henderson, the nine-year-old son of Voix Du Nord landed the Grade 2 Lightning Novices' Chase at Doncaster in January 2016 and was also third to Vautour in the 2014 Supreme Novices' Hurdle.
Since switching to the yard of David Pipe, he has continued to perform admirably without getting his nose in front, and was second in the Grade 2 Desert Orchid Chase at Kempton last December to that month's Tingle Creek winner Politologue.
The additional entries consist of four Flat foals, two Flat yearlings, nine Flat mares and seven horses in training.
The sale will commence at 10am and will offer 108 horses in training followed by 76 foals and 48 mares and supplementary entries will remain open until the time of the sale.
Supplementary entries also include an eight-horse dispersal from Woodhall Stables featuring four mares, two in foal to Outstrip, and four foals by sires including Mayson and Poet's Voice.
Worsall Grange also have four mares supplemented and eight overall, with six in foal to Peace Envoy and two covered by Cannock Chase.
