Tattersalls Cheltenham February Sale to be held at Park Paddocks next month
Former graduates include Envoi Allen and Ferny Hollow
The Tattersalls Cheltenham February Sale will now take place at Park Paddocks in Newmarket on February 19.
The news follows the success of Cheltenham December Sale at Park Paddocks last month with positive feedback from both vendors and purchasers, while Tattersalls has also announced a sponsorship package for every single Irish point-to-point meeting in the spring.
The February Sale has a notable roll of honour with the unbeaten Envoi Allen and fellow Grade 1 winners Asterion Forlonge and Ferny Hollow also graduating from the auction in recent years.
Tattersalls has also reaffirmed their support of Irish points leading into the spring, while the group will also sponsor four and five-year-old maidens run in Britain this spring too.
Tattersalls has also announced a provisional plan is in place to hold the Cheltenham Festival Sale the week before its original date of March 18 in case it is unable to be held at the festival.
