Rising star nursery Salcey Forest Stud has confirmed its transfer to new premises near Henley-in-Arden in Warwickshire.

Run by Daniel Creighton and Josh Schwartz since 2013 from a base in Northamptonshire, Salcey Forest has teamed up with owner John Dance in purchasing the five-time Group 1 winner Laurens, topped last year's Goffs London Sale with Belle Josephine and has bought and managed stallion Pearl Secret.

The new site, set in 70 acres, has two barns of Loddon boxes, indoor and outdoor school, solarium, walker, lunge ring and gallop, as well as facilities for owners.

Speaking of the move, Creighton said: "The business has been going from strength to strength and we wanted to move to a place that better suited our needs going forward. Sandall House Farm ticks all the boxes as we remain in a central location for our clients, but we have access to top of the range facilities."

Schwartz added: "We started at Salcey Forest in Northampton but quickly outgrew the facilities, so we are pleased to be moving forward. We are delighted that our loyal clients and staff have moved with us and we will continue to offer a high-class service from our new base, while we also look forward to welcoming new clients to the farm."

The pair, who run C&S Bloodstock, have further details on their recently-launched new website.
