Two of Tuesday's festival runners have been supplemented for the Goffs Punchestown Sale, which takes places as a live online auction before racing on Thursday, including the promising bumper winner Crowns Major.

Ireland's boutique National Hunt sale has certainly lived up to its billing with this season's Champion Hurdle victress Honeysuckle - unbeaten in 11 starts for Henry de Bromhead and Kenny Alexander - among its former graduates.

Crowns Major (Lot 16), the son of multiple Japanese Grade 1 winner Daiwa Major, was a two-and-a-half length winner of the Irish Field - We Are All About The Horse INH Flat Race for Emmet Mullins.

Out of the winning Unbridled's Song mare Ravarino, the four-year-old gelding was bred in Japan by Crown Co and will be offered by the trainer's Friars Lough Stables.

Canterbrook Stud will offer the second wildcard in Springwell Bay (15), a promising son of Kayf Tara who was a three-quarter length second in the valuable Goffs Land Rover Bumper for Mags Mullins and Patrick Hogan.

Springwell Bay was sold to Mullins for €26,000 at the Goffs Land Rover Sale when consigned by Redpender Stud. He is the fourth foal out of the winning Winning Counsel and a close relation to Mint Condition, a son of Black Sam Bellamy who was a neck second in the Grade 2 Leamington Novices' Hurdle at Warwick for Jennie Candlish this season.

The sale, which begins at 1pm, also includes a number of winning point-to-pointers from leading yards such as the Moate Stables-consigned Daily Present (4), a Mahler gelding who struck in a four-year-old maiden at Tipperary on Saturday, and Loughderg Rocco (3), offered by Ballyboy Stables and an easy scorer of his second start in a five-year-old geldings' maiden at Fairyhouse on Sunday.

Other leading yards represented include Donnchadh Doyle's Monbeg Stables, which offers recent Tipperary maiden winner Anyharminasking (6), and James Doyle's Baltimore Stables, which has two lots in the winning Policy Maker gelding Gandhi Maker (10) and placed bumper runner Howyabud (8), a son of Milan.

All the lots are available for inspection by appointment, while buyers can register online in advance at GoffsOnline.com.
