Plenty of power-packed pedigrees among Frankel's biggest juvenile crop

Frankel fans will be in their element when the Flat season finally arrives, as the unbeaten dual world champion's two-year-olds of 2020 are the largest crop he has sired to date.

There are 170 of them, conceived at Banstead Manor Stud in the breeding season after his first two-year-old runners graced the track – when Fair Eva, Frankuus, Mi Suerte, Queen Kindly, Soul Stirring and Toulifaut won Group races around the world.

That large number, the result of 223 mares being sent to him in 2017, displays something of a reaffirmation of faith by breeders as Frankel had covered 114 mares after his first foals had gone under the hammer and 130 following the sale of his debut yearlings.
