Tattersalls has catalogued 497 lots for the two-day February Sale, including horses in training, broodmares and young prospects.

The event, which takes place on February 4 and 5, features consignments from the likes of Godolphin, Juddmonte Farms and Shadwell Estates, which have 49 lots catalogued between them.

The largest consignment in the catalogue is the team of 47 consigned by The Castlebridge Consignment, with eye-catchers among the draft including the 92-rated Dancing Feet, a three-time winner in 2020 for Archie Watson.

The smartly-bred fillies Coloratura Soprano, a Golden Horn half-sister to last year’s Group 2 Italian Oaks winner Auyantepui, and Aubade, an Invincible Spirit half-sister to three Stakes winners from the outstanding family of Cassandra Go, Halway To Heaven, Magical and Rhododendon, also catch the eye.

Juddmonte Farms will offer seven fillies in training on the second day including an Oasis Dream daughter of dual Grade 1 winner Jostle, and a Frankel sibling of the classy Fair Eva.

Other well-bred fillies in the catalogue include Mystify Me, a half-sister to Group 3 winner Al Raya consigned by Simon and Ed Crisford’s Gainsborough Stables.

Winners including Bluebeard's Castle, Affwonn and Alexej rank highly among the male entries with form.

Tattersalls chairman Edmond Mahony said: "The February Sale continues to be a consistent source of high-quality breeding stock and horses in training with the dam of last year’s Group 2 Juddmonte Royal Lodge winning two-year-old New Mandate being a prime example.

"Along with the two-year-olds and yearlings on offer, this year’s February Sale looks certain to appeal to the usual diverse mix of domestic and international buyers who have made the Tattersalls February Sale Europe’s premier midwinter fixture.

"Our live internet and telephone bidding facilities will again be available for buyers unable to attend in person and we will continue to explore every possible avenue for buyers to participate at all of our sales despite the prevailing challenges."
