Two Juddmonte dynasties introduce new blood at Salisbury
Lupin's dam is out of Hasili's sister
Two of Juddmonte's finest family trees bear new fruit at Salisbury on Thursday. Lupin, by Medaglia D'Oro out of Promising Lead, makes her debut for Sir Michael Stoute in the first division of the 1m2f fillies' maiden (3.20). Promising Lead, winner of the Pretty Polly Stakes at the Curragh, is a daughter of Arrive - the sister to revolutionary broodmare Hasili, whose progeny include the top-class sextet of Dansili, Banks Hill, Cacique, Champs Elysees, Intercontinental and Heat Haze.
Ralph Beckett saddles Circulation in the second division (3.55). A half-sister to quadruple Group 1 winner Twice Over, her Listed-winning dam Double Crossed is a half-sister to Clepsydra, dam of Timepiece, Passage Of Time, Father Time and Continuum, and is also out of a half-sister to Oaks runner-up All At Sea.
Later on Thursday John Gosden introduces Lightning Mark in a 7f fillies' maiden at Newmarket (7.25). A 130,000gns foal, she is out of an unraced half-sister to the flourishing sire Ifraaj.
