Stallion who gave us Quiet Reflection in hot demand
Quiet Reflection's convincing victory in the Haydock Sprint Cup on Saturday capped a fruitful period for Whitsbury Manor Stud's exciting young sire Showcasing.
The nine-year-old son of Oasis Dream was represented by four winners around Britain on Friday, with two-year-olds Haworth and Moonlit Show breaking their maidens and three-year-olds Fine Example and Showdaisy scoring in handicaps. Haworth led home another son of Showcasing, Hotfill, at Newcastle with the pair returning at odds of 33-1 and 50-1.
Showcasing first shot to fame two years ago when his first crop of two-year-olds - conceived at a fee of just £5,000 - yielded a high percentage of winners to runners including wide-margin Mill Reef Stakes victor Toocoolforschool.
