O'Callaghan selected to train filly for INS Breeding and Racing Club
The filly is a half-sister to Group 1-winning globetrotter Red Cadeaux
Michael O'Callaghan has been selected to train the latest acquisition of the Irish National Stud Breeding and Racing Club.
O'Callaghan has enjoyed Group success with Now or Never and Blue De Vega and is also a past graduate of the Irish National Stud Breeding Course.
John Osborne, CEO of the Irish National Stud, said: "Michael is an ambitious young trainer and as a graduate of our course understands what the Irish National Stud is all about. I am confident our Dawn Approach filly is in very good hands
"The addition of a second trainer will give the members a chance to see the workings of another stable yard and ultimately add to the quality of their racehorse owner experience".
The filly is a half-sister to Group 1-winning globetrotter Red Cadeaux.
The club also have Realt Rua, a two-year-old Showcasing filly in training with Willie McCreery, to look forward to in 2017.
There are a small number of 2017 memberships still available and any interested parties should contact Ciaran De Barra at cdebarra@irishnationalstud.ie.
