Frankel passed a notable milestone in his budding stallion career on Saturday when daughter Fair Eva became his first black-type winner with victory in the Group 3 Princess Margaret Juddmonte Stakes at Ascot.

The manner of 's win suggested she is a filly who will continue to fly the flag for her sire.

The Roger Charlton-trained filly - owned and bred, like , by Khalid Abdullah - travelled sweetly on the outside of the field and showed an impressive turn of foot to stretch four lengths clear of runner-up Kilmah (by Sepoy).
