Dubawi bandwagon keeps rolling with a stellar book to match
Darley flagbearer attracted elite mares in 2016
Dubawi enjoyed a good spell on the international stage this weekend and mare returns recently published by Weatherbys show the quality in the Darley flagbearer's book this year reached new heights.
The son of Dubai Millennium was represented by Mubtaahij, who went down by just a head when second in the Grade 1 Woodward Stakes at Saratoga on Saturday, and Move Up, who became the stallion's 71st Pattern winner with a smooth victory in the Group 2 Bosphorus Cup in Turkey yesterday.
Dubawi enjoyed a stellar year in 2015 with seven individual Group 1 winners putting him in pole position in the European sires' title, only to be overtaken by perennial champion Galileo in the autumn.
