Leading French consignors will be bidding for another top lot yearling
Leading French vendors the Coulonces Consignment will make the unusual journey of crossing the Channel from Normandy to Doncaster to sell at the Goffs UK Premier Yearling Sale next month.
The young stud, which sold a Caspar Netscher filly through Chasemore Farm at last year's renewal, is taking three yearlings to the auction – colts by Le Havre and Choisir and a filly by Siyouni, all eligible for lucrative French premiums.
The Coulonces Consignment's Anna Drion said it was the Premier Yearling Sale's track record that enticed her to swap several days of summer in the beautiful Normandy countryside for the charms of Doncaster.
