Sons of Camelot and Declaration dominate Prix Gruffelhe line-up
Camelot and Declaration Of War both have a chance of recording their third European Pattern winner in the four-runner Group 2 Prix Gruffelhe at Saint-Cloud on Tuesday.
The former is responsible for half of the runners, with dual Listed winner Alounak joined by the progressive Alhadab, defeated by a head on his last start in Group 3 company.
Declaration Of War colt Assiro, the outsider of the field, will aim to bounce back to winning ways, having disappointed on his last start in the Listed Prix de Suresnes at Longchamp.
Deep Impact colt Study Of Man, who is by the same sire as Saturday's 2,000 Guineas winner Saxon Warrior, completes the field.
