Brody's Cause, a Grade 1 winner at two and at three in the US, has been retired from racing to join the roster at Spendthrift Farm in Kentucky.
The son of Giant's Causeway took the scalp of subsequent Preakness hero Exaggerator when he won the Breeders' Futurity at Keeneland last year, before he finished third in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile.
Trained by Dale Romans for the Albaugh Family Stable, Brody's Cause also won the Blue Grass Stakes in April before finishing seventh to Nyquist in the Kentucky Derby.
