The Exceed And Excel yearling filly who carries the heavy burden of expectation of being the first foal of unbeaten Australian sprinting queen Black Caviar has been given a name.

's owners have been thoughtful in their choice of moniker, deciding on Oscietra - one of the most prized and valuable types of caviar in the world.

Speculation is rife as to who will guide the well-bred filly's career, as Black Caviar's trainer Peter Moody closed down his business after receiving a six-month ban in the cobalt saga.
