High-class catalogue released for Tattersalls Ireland Goresbridge Breeze-Up Sale
The auction will take place at Park Paddocks this year
A high-quality catalogue for the Tattersalls Ireland Goresbridge Breeze-Up Sale is now online, with leading sires such as Dark Angel, Exceed And Excel, Frankel and Lope De Vega all represented.
The sale - which will take place at Park Paddocks in Newmarket on June 3 following the breeze the day before - has been recently represented by HH Sheikha Hissa Hamdan Al Maktoum's impressive Lincoln winner Haqeeqy, a €175,000 purchase by Blandford Bloodstock from Oak Tree Farm at the sale in 2019.
Among the catalogue highlights are Brown Island Stables' Acclamation half-brother to Sweet Solera Stakes scorer West End Girl (Lot 13); a Le Havre half-brother to Group 3 winner Queen Blossom (64), consigned by Leamore Horses; Bansha House Stables' Pivotal half-brother to Greenlands Stakes winner Mobsta (152); and the Dolmen Bloodstock-consigned Dark Angel colt out of the multiple stakes-placed Venturous Spirit (165).
Brown Island Stables will also offer a Belardo colt out of a full-sister to European champion two-year-old and 2,000 Guineas hero Dawn Approach (104), while Mark Grant consigns a Frankel filly out of the winning Dansili mare Bella Nouf (193), who hails from the family of Aljazzi and Majestic Noor.
The catalogue, which is now online on the Tattersalls website, is also available in hardcopy.
The breeze will take place on Wednesday, June 2 from 9am at the Rowley Mile, with the sale taking place on Thursday, June 3 at 10.30am at Park Paddocks.
