Five wildcard entries added to Guineas Horses-in-Training and Breeze-Up Sale
Five wildcards have been added to the Tattersalls Guineas Breeze-Up and Horses-in-Training Sale, which takes place in Newmarket on Friday, May 3 starting at 10am.
The additions include two horses in training, both of whom will be offered by trainer Michael O'Callaghan. They are headed by Bodhicitta (133), a daughter of Showcasing who has been placed on four of her seven starts. The £100,000 breeze-up purchase is from the family of La Collina and Fracas.

She will be joined by Geneticist (134), a son of Footstepsinthesand who broke his maiden at the second time of asking at Limerick on Saturday. The Racing Post analysis of that performance said: "He's clearly quite a smart horse and stepping him into better company is not something that they should be afraid of."
A trio of breeze-up horses have also been added to the catalogue, with Friars Lough Stables offering a Hard Spun colt from a strong US family (174A); Yeomanstown Stud presenting a Kodiac filly with a deep Niarchos family pedigree (207A); and Mayfield Stables set to consign a colt from the debut crop of Hot Streak (310A).
The breeze is due to take place on Newmarket's Rowley Mile Racecourse on Thursday, May 2 at 9.30am. The five wildcard entries join the 172 breeze-up two-year-olds and 132 horses-in-training already catalogued to come under the hammer.
