Lot 13

Pedigree: Dubawi x Izzi Top (Pivotal)
Sex: Colt
Consignor: Meon Valley Stud

From an impeccable family that created headlines last year when a Dubawi colt out of Zee Zee Top, subsequently named Emaraaty, was one of two joint-top lots at 2.6 million Guineas at this sale last year.

Out of the stud's dual Group 1 heroine Izzi Top, the colt is the third foal out of his dam and is a half-brother to Dreamfield, an Oasis Dream colt who hacked up on his debut at Nottingham last year. Tracing back to the likes of Kayf Tara and Opera House through his third dam Colorspin, this lot has plenty on paper to be excited about.

Lot 106

Shamardal x Model Queen (Kingmambo)
Colt
Highclere Stud

One of several lots by Shamardal that are sure to be hot property and this colt has extra appeal being a half-brother to dual Group 1 winner Regal Parade. He also counts Acomb Stakes scorer Entifaadha as another of his siblings as well as Commander, a son of Frankel who broke his maiden for Roger Varian in June.

Further down the page, his pedigree features none other than the top-level performers Zafonic, Elmaamul, Reams Of Verse and Midday.

Lot 139

Galileo x Penchant
Filly
Glenvale Stud

On paper, this filly has a eye-catching pedigree with her family displaying levels of ability from the minimum distance of racing to over a mile. She is a half-sister to Prix Maurice de Gheest hero Garswood and is out of a half-sister to the Group 1-placed Infallible, the dam of Mutakayyef and Intimation.

She is also a sister to the Aidan O'Brien-trained World Stage, who has finished second on two occasions this year.

Having Galileo as her sire means she will be hot property as a broodmare further down the line.

Lot 155

Frankel x Prowess
Filly
John Troy (Agent)

Hot on the heels of siring two new stakes winners last week, Frankel has a host of exciting yearlings who go under the hammer at Park Paddocks. They include this filly out of the Peintre Celebre mare Prowess, a half-sister to 2014's Oaks heroine Talent.

With her illustrious half-sister on the page, there were plenty of interested buyers viewing her outside her box in the Highflyer Paddocks. Expect that to continue when she goes through late on Tuesday evening.

Lot 167

Sea The Stars x Islington
Filly
Corduff Stud for Ballymacoll Stud

Five yearlings from the historic Ballymacoll Stud take centre stage on Tuesday evening and you can expect fireworks as buyers try to get their hands on some coveted lots. Among those are a Sea The Stars filly out of Group/Grade 1 performer Islington, who since retiring to the paddocks produced her 11th straight filly foal earlier this year.

The page is rich in black type with her second dam being Hellenic, the dam of top-level winners Greek Dance, Mountain High and also featuring in the pedigree of Melbourne Cup hero Fiorente.
