Dato Tan Chin Nam puts stud up for sale
Malaysian billionaire is reducing his thoroughbred interests
Expressions of interest are being sought for Think Big Stud, the showcase property owned by Malaysian billionaire Dato Tan Chin Nam at Burradoo in the New South Wales Southern Highlands.
The sale of the 300–acre property continues the reduction of the Australian racing and breeding interests owned by Dato Tan Chin Nam, formerly a close friend and major client of the late champion trainer Bart Cummings.
One of the most successful racehorse owners in Australian history, the octogenarian businessman raced the Cummings–trained Melbourne Cup winners Think Big, Saintly and Viewed among a host of top–class Group performers including So You Think, Catalan Opening and Faint Perfume.
