Chilean among eight wildcards for Autumn Horses In Training Sale
The Martyn Meade-trained Chilean is among eight wildcards added to the Tattersalls Autumn Horses In Training Sale, which takes place from Monday, October 29 until Thursday, November 1.
The three-year-old son of Iffraaj (lot 729A) became the first Pattern winner at the newly renovated Longchamp when winning the Group 3 Prix La Force on April 8 by clear daylight from subsequent Prix du Jockey Club winner Study Of Man.
Chilean also landed the Listed Ascendant Stakes over a mile at two, and was beaten less than two lengths by Sevenna Star in the Sandown Mile in April.
Tony Carroll's Mill House Racing consigns Red Alert (674A), who has reached the podium on 13 of his 24 starts and carries a Racing Post Rating of 87.
The four-year-old gelding won on his two most recent outings at Bath over five and a half furlongs.
Also adding to the impressive pack of wildcards is the Michael Byrne-trained two-year-old filly Galtee Mist (674B). The daughter of Gale Force Ten is a sister to three winners, including the Listed-placed So Hi Society, and was runner-up in an 18-runner maiden at Naas last week, for which she earned a mark of 81.
All eight wildcards are due to go through the ring on Tuesday, October 30.
