Absolutely nothing can detract from Frankel's achievements in 2021, with a maiden champion sire title gained in a fashion that was not only spectacular but promises more for the future too. His progeny's British and Irish prize-money haul of £5,259,296 is over £1.4 million more than that of his nearest challenger, his own sire and 12-time champion Galileo.
