There has been only one obvious change to the established order of things in a new era at Newsells Park Stud.
One small corner of the estate has become a different shade of green, where 35 acres of recently planted grapevines snake their way over its slope.
They are of the three varieties included in Champagne and are growing in what are considered ideal conditions in order to cultivate premium sparkling wine.
