Unfortunately my bet of the weekend, Lark In The Mornin, is a non-runner at Naas, but there's plenty else for us to get stuck into this weekend.
The 2m3f novice hurdle (1.55) at Naas is a straight shootout between the Willie Mullins-trained Captain Cody and Answer To Kayf, from the Terence O'Brien camp.
It’s a difficult one to call and, even though Answer To Kayf has a big rating of 134 and pretty smart form to go with it, I’m just not sure that he can contain the unexposed Captain Cody, who comfortably landed the odds in a weak race at Gowran Park on Thyestes day on his belated seasonal debut.
