Mighty Olympian Michael Johnson is on a mission to fix athletics.

After hearing a recent suggestion his sport lacks exciting figures such as himself, Usain Bolt or Carl Lewis, he had a stinging rebuke.

"There isn’t a lack of personalities," Johnson wrote on X. "Problem is the sport is no longer a platform for great personalities."
