Wolverhampton Placepot tips: Graeme Rodway with a perm for the evening card

There's a competitive card at Wolverhampton and that makes the most appeal for a Placepot.

The opening 1m6f handicap (6.25) kicks off the card and Where You At looks best handicapped. He should be included with the first-time blinkered Largo Bay.

The 6f handicap (6.55) is wide open. Araifjan has been in good form and must be included, while Sir Rodneyredblood is also worth putting in. He is consistent on the all-weather.

Only two places are available in the second 1m6f handicap (7.25). Midrarr ran better than the bare form when fifth at Newcastle and makes some appeal. Arabian King is the alternative.

Sealed Offer has some solid all-weather form and should be included in the 7f handicap (7.55). Trevolli is another consistent type and he makes plenty of appeal for a place.

The 1m1½f novice (8.25) could go to Angels Landing, who rates banker material.

Sam Bellamy is a lively outsider and has an each-way chance in the 1m½f handicap (8.55), but he is too risky to bank on. Maybe the in-form Major J can prove the more solid option.
