Compton Abbey (5.55, Lingfield) has been raised 3lb for winning on her handicap debut last time, but Rossa Ryan claims 5lb today and is 75 per cent when teaming up with Brett Johnson at the course.

Charles Bishop is an outstanding 12-24 at Epsom and has one ride today. Optimum Time (5.00) won his maiden on good to soft and can go well for Eve Johnson Houghton, who is 3-10 with three-year-olds here.

Silvestre de Sousa zips from the 5.00 at Epsom to Lingfield for one ride, Holiday Magic in the 6.55. The eight-year-old hasn’t won for a while but is ultra-consistent and can benefit from having the champion jockey up for the first time.
